Shipping Policy & General Information

For International deliveries:

Our warehouse ships from New York. For purchases to countries outside of the United States, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur to release your goods.

We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

Duty Taxes + Customs Fees

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur to release your goods.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $40USD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.

Please make sure your order is correct. No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by BUBBABears
We do not ship to PO Boxes - please do not use PO Boxes as your delivery address or the order will not be dispatched
We cannot combine orders for shipping purposes due to our fast dispatch process.

A product missing a tag and or return tag cannot be returned under any circumstance.
